REFUND POLICY

THERE IS NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED/SICK DAYS ESPECIALLY ON A FIELD TRIP DAY.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing, NO EXCEPTIONS. The $45 registration fee is non-refundable. No make-up days will be granted under any circumstances.

Refund requests received 4 weeks prior to the camp start date will incur a $50 cancellation charge per week of camp. (UPDATE : Please note that requests received before 4 weeks of the start date are subject to this cancellation charge.)

Refund requests received 2 weeks prior to the camp start date will incur a $100 cancellation charge per week of camp. (UPDATE : Please note that requests received between 4 and 2 weeks prior of the start date are subject to this cancellation charge.)

Refund requests received less than 2 weeks prior to the camp start date, are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.  

Ex: A parent purchases camp for the entire summer (8 weeks). They need to cancel the first week of camp (June 12th-16th). If the parent contacts us on or before May 15th to cancel there will be a $50 cancellation fee for the week of camp, the rest of the weekly camp fee will be refunded. If the parent contacts us to cancel before May 30th, but after May 16th, there will be a $100 cancellation fee for the week of camp, the rest of the weekly camp fee will be refunded. After June 5th there would be no refund as the camp would be set to start less than 2 weeks away.
